• Payment is due in full at the time of booking
• Payments can be made by Debit, Visa, Master Card or cash
• Party cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the date will receive a full refund less a 15% administration fee
• Party cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the date will receive a credit, less a 15% administration fee. No refund will be given in this case
• There is no expiry on the credit
• Party members are responsible for any damage that occurs during the time of the party
• An 18% gratuity will be included in the final cost of all parties
• Parties must be booked a minimum of 2 weeks in advance
• Any future services booked on the day of the party will receive 15% off!
• A $20 Cleaning fee will be applied when bringing in any outside food or beverages
